Default Cougar ST220 - BIG spec

Hi my Cougar is up for sale. Its in great condition inside and out and it has a big spec. I think it fair to say its one of the fastest cougars on the UK, and to my eye, one of the prettiest.

Its very low, circa -60mm on the back and -50 on the front, this can be raised to your liking. Shocks can be adjusted for bump and rebound and the ride quality is very good - certainly a lot better than cars that have been fitted with lowering springs.

Its very clean inside and out with a very good audio installation that is as loud as any nightclub Ive ever been in, although currently its only turned down to about 50% of its capability. The DSP is fully customisable and the sound reproduction is endlessly tuneable to whatever you want it to be, from spine altering bass to crystal clear sound.

Im not prepared to give it away, and Im not interested in breaking it.

There has been 1,000s spent on this so far, but due health reasons, I cant keep it any longer. Im looking for offers around 1750 for it.

    Engine Spec:-
    Low mileage circa 60,000 miles
    242bhp ST220 3.0l V6
    Race-spec manifolds
    High-flow CAT
    Custom stainless exhaust by Pipeworx
    K&N Filter
    New Alternator
    New Clutch
    Quaife Torque-Balancing Limited slip diff
    Focus RS mk1 gearbox
    KW version 3 coil overs
18 team dynamics wheels (some slight jerking marks)

    Other bits:-
    CATfabs rear strut brace
Newly refurbished headlights (aim needs adjusting)
    Cougar S rear spoiler
Optional cougar grille (cant remember its name)
    Tinted windows
    M-Tec drilled/grooved discs
    Braided hoses
    M-Tec pads

    Audio spec:-
Kenwood DAB headunit with Bluetooth, ipod connectivity
    Hertz Digital Sound Processor
2 x Rockford Fosgate mono amplifiers
    2 x Rockford Fosgate 2 channel amplifiers
    2 x Rockford Fosgate R1 12 subs
    2 x Focal component speakers
    2 x Vibe 5x9s

Don't know if I am reading this right, but I thought in the OP's advert it says engine spec, low mileage circa 60k, so I took that as the engine had done 60k mate.

The MOT mileage is around 60k and obviously its not the original engine so just wondered

The engine has done about 65k, the car around 60k. Took me a long time to find an engine with similar mileage to the car.

Id take the audio out of it, but it’s not going to drastically reduce the cost of the car - maybe I’d lower the cost by about 150.00

Hi Burgie! Great history on that car - she's obviously been well looked after.

When this car goes through emissions on its MOT, do you have to convince the tester that it's a 3.0 or does he insist on testing it as the model it really should be?
You may well find that riding a tiger is easy.
Dismounting it without getting bitten is far more difficult though.

Hi Chris - no, last time it just went through as a cougar v6 - the emissions were not an issue.
