Middle of a field..........nr Huntingdon
As some of you know, I've been on the hunt for a Wendy House (Wobbly Box, Mobile Bog, Caravan, whatever you wish lol) so My Lad, Myself and my Neighbour have summat to rest/change/eat/sleep/fart in during this seasons Race Series in Thundersport (Feel free to come along and hurl support/abuse as required lol) dates are in here http://www.thundersportgb.com/
They'll be competing in the Golden Era Supersport series, and as I say, a wobbly box was required, so I chucked out a post on FB last week as I'd got fed up with trawling bloody sheds lol (yes I know, IRONIC pmsfl)
But anyways an old mate of mine (Ex Reds) piped up that he wanted rid of his and would gladly let me have it for my set price........happy days :)
Well today I fetched it, it was going to be tomorrow, but the weather was looking very dicey for towing a bog down the A1 lol, I will post pics tomorrow as it's been sat on RAF Scampton for a wee while and needs a bit of a scrub lol but basically reads as........

Burstner Ventana 500TS
4 berth
2001/02
c/w awning (for race bikes!)
and is pretty much the opposite hand to this one https://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/...searchId=bc6ff242-bfd0-4747-c1c7-b28cb651975c
This week will involve scrubbing/cleaning and making it rodent proof, as it's going to be stored on the farm where I live, tho it may need to be parked at convenient locations between work sites and race tracks lol (I may post about this later)

So the MK2 Wendy House has arrived lol roll on race season!!! :) :D :D (y)

Im really looking forward to coming to some events this year. That looks like an excellent van, good German quality without being a Hobby, so you won't look like a pikey. ;)

It is a tad bigger, but not as much as you think, however the quality is definitely German!!!
We're not talking Maybach tho lol more like a top of the range Mercedes  not only does everything fit properly, but it all works without any complaint whatsoever, it's even fitted with a Stoves cooker lol space has been fully utilised too.
See for yourself, gave the outside a good scrub today, and made a start on the inside, spent a while modifying the hitch lock for it's new lock tho lol

Looking very smart and tidy. I'm amazed at how they are nowadays compared to when I was younger, I have a friend who lives in one Monday to Friday as he works away, he loves it.

I love it! I don't have any need for one, but I want this cosy little house that I can take to distant places. I'm sure it will do you great service, Tony.

Had a good look underneath tonight, splurged some RTV in a couple of holes but looks pretty good, front boot floor has blown a little on one side so i'll need to replace that sometime but it's good for now.

Also looked at fitting the motorised jockey wheel i bought, looks like i may have to mount it separately, either that or open up the jockey wheel hole a couple of mm
