Default Silver C2 V6 X Pack - Spares or Repair

As titled, up for sale is my 2000 Silver C2 V6 X Pack for spares or repairs.

The car has recently failed it's MOT on multiple corrosion related areas.
    Repair immediately (major defects):
Offside Front Suspension component mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing structural strength floor area (5.3.6 (a) (i))

Nearside Rear Suspension component mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing structural strength outer sill (5.3.6 (a) (i))

Nearside Front Vehicle structure corroded to the extent that the rigidity of the assembly is significantly reduced outer sill (6.1.1 (c) (i))

Rear Exhaust system insecure system joint (6.1.2 (a))

Parking brake efficiency below requirements (1.4.2 (a) (i))

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Nearside Rear Macpherson strut mounting corroded but not seriously weakened (5.3.3 (b) (i))

Offside Rear Macpherson strut mounting corroded but not seriously weakened (5.3.3 (b) (i))

Nearside Rear Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))

Offside Rear Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
Discussed in length in this thread https://forums.ukcougar.club/threads/32322-MOT-Fail the consensus is that this should be an easy fix for someone who is handy with a welder.

The car has covered just shy of 106k miles. Tyres all replaced within the last few years with Kumho Ecsta's in the correct size purchased via Black Circles. <11,500 miles covered on the fronts and <6,000 miles covered on the rears since fitting.

Original 6-cd radio has also been refitted.

Please see the pictures below, the car has some age related scuffs/marks as shown. Additional pictures to follow in next post as I am at the limit on the number of pictures I can add to this post.

Car comes with two keys and is running/driving but would need to be trailered away. Old MOT expires 14th February.

The rules state a price must be shown when listing an item for sale, asking £500 - open to offers.

Should there be any thing in particular you want to see, let me know and I'll get a picture of it.

Just to update this thread, the car is now sold. It was collected this morning and is now with its new owner.

I'm happy to say that she has gone to a fellow club member who intends to get her back on the road.

Whether she survives intact or saves another car, I'm glad. And that's all I have to say about that.
You may well find that riding a tiger is easy.
Dismounting it without getting bitten is far more difficult though.
